Return Policy
Belabumbum accepts returns on all unworn merchandise ordered through our online boutique — except for bottoms (thongs, briefs, panties, boycuts, etc.). Bottoms are not returnable. This is not a stipulation determined by Belabumbum — it is a law which protects the personal hygiene of all customers.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the original ship date.
All returns must be received at our Arizona Warehouse with 10 days of the Return Authorization issue date.

Please include a printed copy of your Return Authorization inside the box with your return merchandise. Omitting the RA or RA number may delay your refund for up to three weeks. Once the merchandise has been received, in its original cellophane packaging, your credit card will be refunded. Item(s) received without the cellophane packaging may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Belabumbum is not responsible for return merchandise lost in transit. Exchanges
We do not want you to have to wait to receive an exchange item. Please re-order your replacement items via the Belabumbum online boutique. Please note that your credit card will be charged for this purchase. Once we receive your return merchandise at our warehouse along with a copy of your RA, your charge card will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
You will be notified via e-mail once your return is received and your charge card has been refunded. Refunds will be issued for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns & Exchanges
Orders placed outside of the United States are subject to international shipping charges. All applicable taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
