Return & Exchange Policy
Belabumbum accepts returns or exchanges on retail purchases made at our online boutique for all unworn merchandise except bottoms (thongs, briefs, panties, boycuts, etc). In order to protect the personal hygiene of our customers, we simply cannot accept returns on underwear. Please double check that you have the item description, size and color entered correctly when you place your order. Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase date, and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. • Return for Refund Instructions: A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping & handling charges. Please email orders@belabumbum.com or call 202.368.5555 to notify us of any return. All returned merchandise must include your RMA number and a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return.

• Returns for Exchange Instructions: Your new color, style or size choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock we will notify you by email or phone. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for your original order. All returned merchandise must include your RMA number and a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return.
